The Seriousness of His Parables!

I feel bad that I have been away so long. I am coming to grips with the loss of my husband of 54 years. I can honestly say it has been the worse trial I have ever gone through.
These passed months have been heart sickening for our nation. I tell everyone, just because Trump won the election doesn't mean things will be coming up roses. It really takes a long tome to drain a swamp! Then there are the swamp creatures.

I can't remember a time since I have been voting that people have gotten so evil. I know evil has spelled out of hell onto the American dream. I think our dream didn't last as long as we thought, but then how could it , after participating in such evil.

Last week when I heard General Kelly say there was nothing sacred anymore, I was so sad. He is right. I had forgotten that woman were considered sacred. It so sad I forgot that. We are a washed in such filth everyday we have forgotten what once was. That to me is sad in the extreme. Especially since my family has to go to work each day with the world and all that entails. Don't ever think the world can't touch you, because you are such a good Christian. Are souls are vexed each day as we see and hear things around us that do not pertain to the things of holiness. The broad path starts out narrow and leads to a wider path, and before you know it you find yourself truly lost.

I wanted to share with you what The Lord showed me a week ago. He brought to mind the parable of the 10 virgins. As I read it again, He impressed on me, the 5 that didn't enter in were NOT READY!
It so frightened me. It was a true epiphany of that text. The week before He showed me another parable with the same theme. Remember these 10 were all virgins.

I questioned, like so many do, and wondered would there be another chance after the rapture or second coming as some may call it. As I mused on these parables I remember that in the 10 virgin parable said the 5 wise went into The marriage supper. I concluded, there would not be another chance, reason being just how many marriages would He have?
I must point out that I have been wrong on a few occasions.  But honestly, we need to focus on the seriousness of these parables. Eternity is forever. if there are no chances after He comes the alternative is very scary indeed.

I would hope that all who read my blog would consider carefully these parables.

Which Dominion has Lordship over You?

I felt led to read Romans a few days ago, one of my favorite books. If there had not been any other book written, only Romans, it would have been the best of all the books to write and study.
In it, Paul gives us a lay out of human history right up until Christ and into the future. WHAT A BOOK!
I started at Romans 5&6. After reading it, so much jumped out to me I could hardly keep up. The Lord always comes thru when one asks for direction.
I have been witnessing to some woman and wasn't sure how to proceed. Their belief system is so untraditionally different that I felt inadequate to handle the situation. But I knew that Romans had the answers I needed. And did it ever!
I want to share with my readers the wonders I found.
To begin with I have always known that the new birth has the most marvelous of all beginnings. For one thing it changes our DNA! It's like God takes a pair of scissors and snips out the bad DNA, at the new born again experience.
But how does one go about proving it? And how does one prove that once done there is no more dominion of that bad old DNA!  With The Word silly!
I came across the wonderful word, remission, many years ago, while reading Hebrews 9:22.  I kept telling on my blog and others about it, but alas, I put it on the back burner as I went thru my daily life.
But this situation that I find myself in brought it all back again. As I have been digging in to Romans, there it was! Verse after verse. I thought unbelievable. But when one asks for The Lord to show or teach you something, get ready!
Many people today have a miss guided belief system of one kind or another. But with prayer and worship in The Spirit one will get to the place they need to be!
In Romans 6, The Crucified Life chapter, I call it, is filled to over flow of what Paul calls, "An evil force in our bodies. Yes you guessed it, that bad DNA! That DNA, we got in the garden after Adam sinned, eating of the wrong tree, that made all of us sick. Now being saved thru Christ we are commanded to eat His Words, The Holy Scriptures. Read John 6.
Just study these chapters and Romans 8.
These chapters tell us that we were under the dominion of this bad DNA! But here is the part that is soooooo special. Romans 6:9-23!
The word dominion means to have Lordship over.
Since Christ was both human and divine, led a sinless life and was the only begotten of The Father, who raised Him from the dead, sin,  or that bad DNA, has no dominion over us anymore!  YAHOO!
But why did God do this for us, one might ask? Answer: Romans 5:9! What a loving God is my God!
Go study Romans, you will not regret it!
Oh BTW-- be careful of the translations. I read KJV! Don't fall for that old lie that you can't understand it or it is too hard to understand , NOT SO!  Persevere!

How sad I am today, the terrible things that are going on in our nation and our world. Christ has told us of the world conditions at the time of His Coming, NOT GOOD!

I truly believe there will be some sort of revolution in our nation within the next 10 years if not sooner. Satan is at his best when he can divide people. he is doing a bang up job these days with politics.  

It all starts with education. First they leave out important information in school books, then eliminate information all together. This takes a little time but trust me when I say time passes fast. They eliminate history and culture and soon a whole generation has no idea what happened. That old saying soon gives light, "When you don't remember the past you are doomed to repeat it."

Where is America in all this confusion?  We started out in a struggle from the Brits, battled our way thru the Constitution, then the Civil war, WW1,WW11,Korea, Vietnam, Gulf war. Afghanistan, Irqu, and on and on it goes, and where it ends, only God knows.

We were The Light of the world, but because of sin we are becoming a dim light.  Will God over look our short comings or will the hammer fall soon?  Will there be true repentance of our sins, or a hardening of our hearts? It can only be one or the other.

Pray for the beauty that was once ours. Pray for restoration.

                                        

The Air We Should Breathe!

The awesomeness of God is the air I breathe. For 16 months I have been abiding under His wings and the shadow of love He has given to me so generously. I have been beside myself with grief at the loss of my husband. Never had I faced hurt and a terrible wound as I had to endure these passed months.
As a child I had some terrible things happen, but having to say good buy to my husband has been the worse.

Feeling lost and alone, crying to The Lord these passed days, He has heard my prayers. Some prayers are answered right away and some take a little time.

As we get older we see the need to pray even harder for our kids, even if they have left the nest or not. The world is increasing hostile to both them and us and it is going to get worse as He tarries. So put on your big girl and big boy pants and become a praying fool.

Christians do not have the luxury to recline in their easy chairs, there is a WAR raging. It's for the minds and souls of humanity.
We Christians must be in the atmosphere of The Most High God. Breathing in the oxygen of life everyday. Reading His Word and praying for lost loved ones and friends. There is so much to do for Him that there isn't enough hours in the day.
Our president needs all the wisdom and prayers first thing in the morning. Our leaders are arguing over petty things while North Korea builds up her missile defences and China and Russia looking for a way to get rid of us as a nation.
WAKE UP CHRISTIANS!!!!  Time is short!
Think of Psalm 91! The arrow that flys by day.  Those are missiles my loved ones. Make no mistake in thinking that could never happen to us. Killing 70 million babies since the 1950's is bring His wrath on us. At some point in time He will say that is enough.
While I realize many will not repent, the line is still drawn in the sand of time, and all mercy has been extended and rejected and the time has run out.
WOE,WOE,Woe to the inhabitants of the earth.

The Secret Things of God!

As I was looking for a podcast to listen to this am I came on one by a minister Bobbie Conner in England.
It was an affirmation of what THE Lord gave me last year. Psalm 92:10

Like a tree planted by the rivers of living waters, He once again reminds me  of His promises to make my voice as not only one crying in the wilderness but one like that of the unicorn; shall be anointed with fresh oil. And so it shall be.

The secret things of God only belong to those that have sold out for him. They will never be given to those who have not obeyed His Ways and His Word. Their sins will never be allowed to have any insight into His revelations of Truth. Psalm 66:18 tells us if we regard sin in our heart He will not hear us. That is as plain as it gets.

Does your heart pant for God? Are you in Love with The Creator of all things, as Psalm 42 states?   Do you thirst for God, as in Psalm 63?  If not, then forget any revelation of anything.  If you do not know what I am speaking about, fall before Him and ask him to show you. Tell him to give you love for him and a thirst for him and His Word. You must be very serious and mean what you say.

In His presence one is Holy with clean hands and a clean heart. The angelic beings worship Him ,saying" Holy, Holy , Holy , Lord God Almighty "  The very atmosphere is different than here on earth.We must be in that atmosphere all the time so others will take note that we have been with Jesus.

Did you know that our offspring will be mighty? Psalm 112:1&2 says so. So it behooves us to love His commandments and delight in them.  Light will arise in the darkness and he will be gracious and full of compassion. and verse 2 states that riches and wealth shall be in his house. So our kids benefit greatly from our love and delight of God's commandments.

John 16:13 tells us He The Holy Spirit will show us the future, the secret things of God.
The one thing I will say to sum this up is , Always be swift and completely obedient to His still small voice.

Tangled Web!

It's  a shame to wake up each morning to read or hear on t.v. the lies and innuendos about our president, regardless of  your vote. Day after day trying to bring a president down by lies and fake news. Leakers and liars. You know that old saying, " Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."  The office of president was once revered. Our nation has so many leftest and  Marxist that many simply didn't realize how bad we have become.
 While paying for a higher education for our kids many parents didn't know or give much thought to the professors teaching them. That is a shame in it's self. But now that we know what goes on in our universities will they change?
As a mom of three young men, I am glad they never went to the ivy halls of academia. Their father and I knew what was going on there and we made the correct choice for community college. Our sons have grown up into responsible hard working adults.
Don't know what is coming our way as a nation in the near future, but I am bracing for it. I think it may be pretty ugly. Trump can only do so much in 4 years. I think our time is up as the leader of the free world. It pains me to say that. How much more time will the Lord give us to fix things. Where is that line in the sand? Have we already crossed it? Will our people ever come together again and reason like our founding fathers did? If I were to ask God, what would he say? The answer may not be one I want to hear.
What I know you could fit on the head of a pin and still have room left over. I just know I am happy to allow him to have the answers and keep me in the dark until he thinks I can handle it.
What a tangled web one weaves when practicing to deceive. All those deceivers will be in hell soon. GOD IS A RIGHTEOUS JUDGE!

A Gift that keeps on giving,Trump!

What a guy! Not only has he promised us the things we need, but is actually fulfilling them.
I remember when I was younger how when I had something to do, I would have 10 people behind me saying ,"You can't do that."
Poor old Trump. We pitiful humans see only thru the glass that is half empty. It can be full to over flowing and yet we see it half empty. Our judgment stinks and has been clouded with wrong thinking.

The Lord,  has given us a great blessing, and we malign His choice. How sad we are blinded by this human nature that is such a dishonor.
In the garden of Eden, Adam decided that his judgement was better than that of Almighty God's.
When The Lord says something, He means it. He doesn't say things just to hear himself talk, they are powerful statements with meaning.
I hope all who read this blog, will read His Word carefully and know that It is The Truth that sets a human completely FREE!  Jesus said" You MUST be born again."  His Spirit in you cleaning up the mess you made of your life and looking unto The Author of salvation, Jesus Christ. Come to the full knowledge of redemption and the statue of Christ.
With all that we know what happened in the garden, we can be assured that God, from the foundation of the earth had a plan of LOVE!
So come to Christ and be saved and healed and filled to overflow with His LOVE
